Sarah's Story

After diagnosis, Sara underwent a debulking surgery to remove any visible signs of cancer. Due to the severity of the spread, that meant a full hysterectomy and the removal of her spleen, gallbladder, the lining of her abdomen and part of her liver, bladder and colon. She is now undergoing oral chemotherapy treatments and because of her BRCA1 mutation, she will be having a mastectomy this summer.

Sarah has incurred huge medical costs that are not all covered by insurance. Her partner, James, is continuing to work as much as possible, but is now the primary caregiver for their daughter and Sarah.

Sarah is a tremendous mother who needs our help. In honor of Sarah’s courage and compassion, I have designed a charm necklace (sterling silver $75, 14kt gold filled $85) which represents a mother’s love for her child. 100% of all proceeds will go to Sarah.
